Q: My registration
code does not work after I updated to the latest version,
why?
A: For secure reasons, we have
ever changed the registration code for our products and have
sent each customer new registration code by email. But for
various reasons, some customers have not read it. If you have
purchased our product and your registration code does not
work after updated to the latest version, please contact us.

I download and install a trial version, how many days is it
active?
A: Your trial version will be active
for 30 days from the date of your install.

Q: When will I get
my registration code after purchase?
A: You will get the registration
code instantly if you placed the order with credit card. Otherwise,
you have to wait 1-2 business days to get it.

Q: I have purchased
a similar product of others, but not satisfied. Can I get
discount purchasing yours?
A: Yes, we provide a special
discount for users who are not satisfied with our competitors'
products. What you need to do is to provide us your order
receipt of your purchase of our competitors' products, we
will give you a discount on purchasing our products.

Q: How do
I uninstall your product(s)?
A: All our products strictly follow
the Uninstall Standard of Windows and can uninstall all the
files and registry keys. Simply open Control Panel and launch
Add/Remove Program, find the product you would like to uninstall,
click "Change/Remove" button and follow the instructions.

Q: I tried to run the downloaded exe file, but my computer says it is not a valid file or the installation does not complete.
A: You probably got cutoff before the download completed. Check that the file size is the same as indicated on our download page. If it is smaller, you need to try downloading it again and make sure it completes. We've got hundreds downloading it successfully daily so it should work.

A: Yes, please! If possible, send your suggestions clearly separated and numbered, and as short as possible. Unfortunately our wish list is already very long, so we cannot guarantee if or when your wish will be implemented.

A: Igneon Test Maker has three major
components: 1) Test Maker - the application used by test administrators/authors
and instructors, 2) Tester - the test delivery application
used by test takers and 3) the database that stores and displays
tests data.

A: To login use "Admin" as user and
leave the password field blank.

Q: I've
created several tests. If I purchase the program will it save
my work?
A: Yes. Your data is stored in Test
Maker's database. You can access this data any time within
your 30-day trial period. Your data is not "lost"
when your demo expires.
