You can prepare the student database beforehand. It will make the testing process much easier and quicker and give the administrator some additional features. |

Create Test Groups
A Test Group is created when you prepare a test. It includes Test Banks, students and settings. The name of the Test Group appears in the Tester. You can set the following parameters for a Test Group: |

- Test Group Active Period – Period when the Test Group is available and you can take the test.
- Time Limitation – There are two types of time limits: a time limit for the whole Test Group and a time limit for each of the tests.
- Test Banks – The selected Test Banks are mixed up and shown to the student as a single test.
- Students – If you want only certain students to take the test and you can find these students in the database, you can add them to the Students section.
- Limit of retakes – You can specify a retakes limit for each student.
- Number of questions – You can specify a maximum amount of questions the test taker will see.
- Notify whether answer is correct/incorrect and show the right answer – the test taker will know at once whether the answer was correct or not and learn the correct answer.
- Show question introduction – If there is an introduction, it will precede the question.
- Show question explanation – If the question has an explanation, the test taker will see it.
- Allow to bypass questions – Enable a button in the Tester that allows skipping questions and returning to them later.
- Shuffle questions – Shuffle questions automatically in the Tester.
- Shuffle answers – Shuffle available answers automatically in the Tester.
- Show mistakes – Show the number of mistakes after the test has been finished.
- Show points – Show the user’s score.

User Management
The chief administrator can create an unlimited number of users and give them only the rights they really need. |

Test Results
The Test Results allows you to view the complete statistics or statistical data for a certain period of time. In each mode, you can filter the results and trace the testing process from the beginning to the end. |

Test Maker has two more complex tools:
Backup Database – Makes back-up copies of the database
Compact Database – Compresses the database so that free space appears on your HDD. |
